Do you sell purchase or first home buyer leads?

No. Our mortgage work is limited to refinance and debt-consolidation enquiries. We do not run first home buyer, purchase or construction campaigns. Most of our volume is commercial.

Why only refinance and debt consolidation?

Accepted Answer

Because that is where our campaigns and our broker clients overlap. We are commercial finance lead generation specialists; refinance and consolidation enquiries come through the same channels as our business and commercial work, so we qualify and sell them the same way. Purchase and first-home-buyer campaigns are a different business and we do not run them.

How is disclosure handled on mortgage enquiries?

Every enquiry comes from a form that tells the person, before they submit, that their details will be passed to a licensed finance broker or credit representative who will contact them about the finance they asked about. SMS verification confirms the mobile number is real and in their hands at the time of enquiry; it is separate from that disclosure.

Can I target specific LVR ranges?

Yes. You can specify LVR requirements — for example, sub-80% LVR only, or include up to 90% with LMI. This is set up during campaign configuration.

Do you also cover commercial property deals?
