Debt restructure leads

A business with four facilities, two of them short-term and one of them expensive, does not need another loan. It needs one broker who can see the whole balance sheet and put it back together.

What these enquiries look like

Restructure enquiries come from trading businesses whose debt has accumulated in layers: a bank facility, an unsecured loan taken in a hurry, equipment finance, a tax payment plan. The enquiry is usually triggered by cash flow pressure, a facility expiring, or a lender tightening, and the owner's question is whether the whole position can be consolidated onto fewer, cheaper, longer facilities, often secured against property.

These are structured conversations. The broker needs the full debt position, the security available, and an honest view of whether the business is viable once the debt is rearranged. Our qualification captures the first two; the third is the broker's judgement.

What arrives with the enquiry
Who writes them

Commercial finance brokers with both bank and non-bank panels, and brokers with accountant relationships, because the accountant usually sees the pressure first. Residential-only brokers will not have the panel for these.

How to get them

These enquiries are part of our commercial finance leads flow; they are not a separate product. Tell us on the call that you want this segment and we set the qualification and targeting to match. Exclusive, SMS-verified, real time, pay per lead, no lock-in contracts, no setup fees. La Vitesse provides lead generation for licensed brokers and does not provide financial, credit or tax advice.

Common questions
Is a restructure lead the same as an ATO tax-debt lead?
They overlap. An ATO debt is often one layer of a restructure. Enquiries where the ATO debt is the main issue run through our ATO tax-debt leads; broader consolidations run through the commercial flow.
Are these distressed businesses?
Some are under pressure; many are simply untidy. Viability is the broker's call on the first conversation, and the enquiry arrives with the debt position captured so that call can be made quickly.
What security is typical?
Commercial or residential property owned by the business or its directors, and in some cases equipment. Security type and value are captured where the borrower provides them.
Why not just sell a business loan lead?
Because a new unsecured loan on top of four existing facilities is usually the wrong answer. Restructure enquiries are qualified and sold separately so they reach brokers who can do the structured work.
